The deposit is required to book an appointment. I charge a 100% cancellation fee for NO SHOW or cancellations within 12 hours of the scheduled appointment WITHOUT specific unavoidable reasons before the service time. If you cancel your appointment or no-show, you may lose the deposit. Rescheduling the appointment will keep the deposit for the next time. I hope you will appreciate my time and my business.

The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
