✨ Deposit Policy

A deposit is required to secure all appointments.

Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE.

⏰ Cancellation & No-Show Policy

100% cancellation fee for no-shows or cancellations made within 12 hours of your appointment.

The deposit will be forfeited if you cancel late or do not show.

Same-day rescheduling may allow your deposit to be applied to the new appointment (at management’s discretion).

Please check your service carefully before leaving.
Once you exit the studio, Pure Lotus is not responsible for any concerns (including hair left behind).
Address all questions immediately during your appointment.

Security camera inside studio, facing lobby only.

NO cameras in treatment rooms.

Footage is used for safety/security only and remains confidential.
